5.0− There was no soap in the bathroom nor in the wash basin There was no light in the kinchen area There was a cup with a broken handle The verandah area was not cleaned There was no tea or coffee

− Horário de Check out, não tive isso em consideração no momento da reserva e na noite de passagem de ano sair às 11 com uma criança pequena foi complicado. Ainda tentei solicitar late Check out mas já não foi possível. A casa é mesmo muito fria.

− Problemas com a limpeza, escassez de cobertores, acesso íngreme aos quartos.

− Limpeza péssima, falta de louças e panos de cozinha, toalhas de banho velhas. Não havia nem um cobertor extra se fosse necessario. Anfitrião nunca nos atendeu o telefone, so comunicou por mensagem. As queixas ficaram por resolver. Casas de banho com o chão sujo e as pedras dos poliban sujas , uma das quais não permitiu utilização pois estava entupida. Nunca nos atenderam as chamadas nem resolveram as queixas, simplesmente ignoraram. Péssimo.
Disappointed (last minute) alternative accommodation
3.0Location was central and was to find.
− We did not stay at this property . A dew days before our arrival, I was told that something had occurred and that an alternative property was on offer. The alternative property bedding was unclean , stained, and with hairs in the bed. The electric sockets in one bedroom were loose and wires were visible. There was limited cutlery, 2 pans, 2 mugs (one without a handle). Very disappointing!

− It was filthy and disgusting with hairs all over, dirt marks on floors. The manager did not respond to my messages concerning the deplorable filth: very unprofessional
