Der schön ausgestattete Garten und die komplette Ausstattung des Hauses.

− Die massiven Feuchtigkeit Probleme in den Zimmern und der Modergeruch durch die Feuchtigkeit, der auch durch die vielen Trockengeräte nicht beseitigt werden konnte. Der Straßenlärm dran trotz der isolierten Fenster durch und störte sehr. Im wunderschönen Garten waren die vielen Fliegen sehr störend.
