8.0Very comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Great location, nice walk along the river in arrowtown. Nice and secluded spot
Superb stay for families
9.0Great location with a lovely view. The home was suitable for families including young children. It had a well equipped kitchen so we could cook meals and a washing machine which was very useful. The two bathrooms were a bonus for our extended family group.

9.0Great location next to the river reserve. The river track to the township was beautiful, although the distance not manageable for some of our party. The house was spacious, warm and well appointed. The only difficulty we encountered was tracking down the bins which were out by the roadside, having not been emptied since the previous week.
− Closer to the town would have been easier for our group.

9.0Plenty of space, dishes, blankets seating. House was lovely and warm on arrival. We had a couple of brutal frosts and were toasty inside.
− The heat pump needs some love! It's got a high pitched whine. Very invasive and annoying. One of our group has some experience in this area and suggested it needs a technician to check it.
