9.0Jolie maison bien décorée, très au calme très proche de l'océan. Le propriétaire Valérie très disponible et très sympathique. Commerces et resto aux alentours. Parfait !!!
− L'espace extérieur est limité : pas de parasol,pas de salon de jardin, barbecue désuet à remplacer par une plancha pour éviter désagréments aux voisins
