− 1.電視無法使用 2.廁所髒亂（包含蟑螂及小飛蟲） 3.沒有提供衛生紙 4.沒有吹風機 5.家具無整理，皆有黏垢（包含房內地板） 6.床單未更新，皆有明顯發霉痕跡 7.前面使用者垃圾遺留在房內沒有清理 8.熱水供應不完善 9.餐具生鏽 10.洗碗機無法使用 11.無法即時協助住客處理問題 12.窗簾發霉及天花板蜘蛛絲 從來沒有過～非常糟糕可怕的住宿經驗

8.0Great location. Lovely deck to enjoy the sun and the view.
− The single bed was not suitable for an adult and the furniture is getting a bit tired.
Typical New Zealand Bach with adequate but a little tired and dated facilities.
6.0House has reasonable space and two bathrooms. There is a great view from the deck towards the bay and out over the countryside.
− The facilities are a little dated and expensive for what is offered. For example barbecue was not really usable and television is old with separate unit to change channels. Kitchen utensils and cutlery were an odd assortment of different styles and types.
