No frills but it suited our needs for a weekend on the island. Ideal for family with young children.
7.0Traditional Kiwi bach in good location. Private and flat section. It had all the amenities as described.

− It was really hard to find the water on switch. There could have been some more anti-mosquito measures in place.
It was ok, we needed a bed to sleep on

− The small fridge was mold ridden, could not use it. The microwave worked and then did not work, suggest a new one. Buttons got stuck and start button sometimes worked. Found a sock from a previous visitor by the washing machine. Had to sleep with windows closed due to mosquitos, but there were no fans for any of the bedrooms. Made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. Only aircon was in the kitchen. Broken window latch left on the sill. Freezer had a broken ice bag and half drunk water bottle from previous visitors.
