Stay was amazing, house was beautiful and the set up with downstairs was perfect.

− The freezer draws were broken quite badly and the cleaner was still there when we were there to check in. Rubbish bin had not been emptied for our stay and therefore created quite a bit more as we were there for 5 nights.

− Disgusting BBQ, unclean house in general, unsafe chair inside, unsafe windows, leak in sink in WC upstairs/wet toilet rolls. Greasy/dirty extractor fan./ hob. Lack of instructions as to where switch for hob located. Badly fitted bedding, stained furniture & tired throughout Lack of response from property manager as left to Auckland office
