− In einem Zimmer war die die Wand mit starken Wasserflächen befallen. Die Spüllmaschine war nicht zu gebrauchen, die Tür kann man nicht mehr schließen. Kaffeemaschine defekt, nach dem einschalten ging die Hauptsicherung raus. Die Markise im Garten hing in fetzen runter und konnte auch nicht eingedreht werden. Im ganzen machte das Haus einen nicht gut gepflegten Eindruck.

Viel Platz in dem Haus Garten ist groß Schöne Terrasse

− Das Haus ist ziemlich verlebt. Fensterhebel defekt, Badmöbel aufgequollen, nicht gedämmt.
