7.0広々していて快適でした。布団も既に敷いてあり、到着までに暖房も点けておいて下さったので暖かかったです。お風呂は家庭用のサイズでしたが、日帰り温泉に行ったので使いませんでした。
− 由緒ある建物のようで、騒がれたり壊されたりを恐れている様子がありました。利用者に対する注意書きや注文が多いです。利用前のグーグルフォームでは、利用者全員の名前、住所、職業を日本語と英語で入力するように言われてて困りました（かなり面倒なので）。日本人が泊まる時はせめて日本語だけにしていただきたいです。オーナーさんの出迎えと見送り（その前の部屋のチェック）があり、チェックアウトの際に来てもらわなくてはなりませんので、早く出たくてもオーナーさんを待つ必要があります。保証金10,000円を要求されるので、返金してもらうためには待たなくてはならないのです。

10.0在磯部，距离JR磯部站要走10-15min， 是非常安静的村镇，晚上22:30大部分的人家都已经休息。 周日的早上也是非常宁静的，街道上没什么人。 在JR站边上有磯部温泉，市营的惠之汤， 汤水非常的干净，天然温泉，非常舒服，成为整个行程的意外之喜。这个住宿的男主人很nice，我们手忙脚乱的爬完富士山来到这里，老板帮我们张罗了不少事，非常感激他为我们做出的努力，我很喜欢这里，有机会会再回来。 房间本体很干净，很可惜只住一晚，没能尽情的享用。
− 如果能提供一些自行车就更好了，方便周边逛逛。

10.0大人数で民泊は初めてだったので、戸惑うこともありましたが、オーナー夫婦のお二人に良くしていただいて、大変快適に過ごすことができました。家族全員に「いい宿見つけたね」と褒められました。子供たちも遊ぶものが沢山あって楽しめました。掃除が行き届いていて清潔で、宿泊者が過ごしやすいよう細かな気遣いが感じられて、温かい気持ちになりました。ぜひまた利用したいです！

10.0Renée and Motoyasu were so helpful and made every effort to set the house up so that our family would be comfortable. They provided a separate small futon for our baby, toys and books and a toilet seat for our toddler, and helped us set up the barbeque outside.
