La casa è situata in posizione strategica a Chia e permette un rientro a casa evitando il traffico del rientro dalle spiagge. L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione fornita: parcheggio privato, bellissima terrazza per cenare, giardino. La località è silenziosa e l’unico rumore che sveglia al mattino… è un gallo :-) Un piccolo supermercato fornito del necessario si trova nelle vicinanze e le spiagge sono tutte raggiungibili in macchina e, nelle giornate non calde, in bicicletta. Cosa importante: la lavatrice funziona bene e ha anche un programma rapido.

È davvero ciò che promette... una casetta accogliente, pulitissima e ben arredata nei toni dell'azzurro nel verde rigoglioso di Chia. La casa è super attrezzata ci sono perfino lavatrice, lavastoviglie e un comodo aspirapolvere. Molto carini la veranda e il giardinetto con doccia. Posizione strategica per visitare le splendide spiagge di Chia: una più bella dell'altra. Nelle vicinanze supermarket/bar/gastronomia e macelleria. Nonchè ristoranti. Spero di tornare il prossimo anno.
