Casetta accogliente proprio a due passi dal mare .... proprietario veramente disponibile e simpatico... ottimo vicinato tipicamente "salentino" ... peccato per l'acqua non potabile ma ci si adatta subito... ottimo il cortile interno con la doccia ..... materasso del letto da migliorare ...

Una piacevolissima vacanza

Struttura accogliente attaccata al mare. Ha tutto il necessario che deve avere una casa per le vacanze. Cucina attrezzata, bagno grande, doccia interna ed esterna. Il proprietario Sario molto attento e disponibile. Strategico per chi non vuole stare nella bolgia ma essere a pochi minuti dalle spiagge più belle. A 5 minuti a piedi c’è la spiaggia di fronte alla salina bella, selvaggia e naturale. Abbiano visto i fenicotteri e altre speci di volatili. Bella vacanza. Vicino all’abitazione c’è in alimentari con tutto e con prodotti del posto (frutta, ortaggi, formaggi, pizza, pasticciotti).

L'abitazione di per sé è in buono stato. Vicino alla spiaggia. Il proprietario sempre interessato a sapere se tutto procede bene. L'acqua delle spiagge libere vicine sembra una piscina.

− L'arredamento andrebbe rimodernato come pure le stoviglie, il divano e il letto. I lampadari fanno pochissima luce. La zona non è servita da acqua potabile e le fognature nell'appartamento non funzionano bene...

Casetta a 100mt dalla spiaggia, mare stupendo, ottima posizione se ci si vuole spostare anche altrove con la macchina, casa molto bella, doccia e tutto il resto ottimi, il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile, parcheggio disponibile, la casa inoltre dispone di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno lungo.

− Unica pecca è l'assenza di Wi-Fi, la rete mobile non prende per nulla ( windtre) e quel poco tempo che passi in casa magari ci si vuole svagare un po' al telefono ma diventa difficile anche solo mandare un messaggio.
