La propreté des lieux et le changement de linge pour la deuxième semaine. La climatisation est un plus.

− La maison située en bordure de nationale permet, certes, d'accéder rapidement aux voies menant aux villes d'intérêt, mais sa mauvaise insonorisation nous a empêché d'avoir des nuits paisibles (sans parler du bruit en journée, c'est TRES passant). Suite à une "incohérence de description" dans l'annonce, les 3 chambres énoncées se sont révélées n'être que 2 (et encore, la taille de la seconde et son aménagement n'est pas vraiment digne d'une chambre...). Ne vous attendez pas non plus à la vue montagne plébiscitée.

Un hote très accueillant, disponible à tout moment, d'une grande gentillesse. Beaucoup de conseils pertinents.. L'appartement est vraiment très propre, spacieux et parfaitement situé , ce qui nous à permis de pouvoir visiter cette très belle région. La climatisation était la bienvenue. L'arret de Bus a quelques mètres de L'appartement ( destination La Spezia mais surtout Porto Venere ...un défi pour se garer en voiture ) est vrai plus. Le parking, ce qui dans la région est un vrai luxe. La gentillesse de la population qui n'hésite pas a vous aider. Le rapport qualité/prix.

− Il est vrai que la route est passante devant l'appartement cependant il y a tellement de choses a voir dans les environs que nous avons passés plus de temps a l'extérieur que dans celui-ci.

I think a great location for a few days for max 3 persons. For longer or more persons not the best

Very clean and cool with airconditioning, nice host, brought us some free bread and cleaned extra and provided us with extra clean towels (we stayed almost 3 weeks) and gave us good tips for trips and beaches. Geographically great location to visit Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terra etcetera

− On booking it says 3 bedrooms. In fact it are two bedrooms for 3 persons. So it is a 3 person apartment. In the living room 3 extra beds can be created and one extra in the big bedroom. This was disappointing. Host refers to booking and booking refers to host, so as a client you have no one to complain to. Furthermore for a longer stay we missed a garden or nice balcony. You can only live inside. Last and not least: the apartment is located right next to a very very busy road. Though the noise is not too bad, it's not relaxed.

− we were told it was a 3 bed room property, but when our team arrived, one of the bedrooms was locked and the owner wouldn't open it, meaning one guy had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed in the living room we even emailed the owner prior to our arrival stating it was 3 people and could 3 beds be made up. disappointing
