6.0Localização ótima, anfitriã atenciosa, casa bem aquecida e churrasqueira na área externa.
− Falta manutenção na casa. Não tem sala, nem espaço para comer dentro da casa, em dias frios isso se torna um.grande problema. Falta talheres suficientes para o número de pessoas que recebe. Descarga e pia da cozinha com vazamento molhando o chão. Chuveiro bem quente, mas com pouca saída de água. Colchões não são confortáveis. Encontramos utensílios sujos dos visitantes anteriores. A temperatura da geladeira e do freezer não sufiente. O botijão de gás fica dentro da cozinha que já é pequena diminuindo mais ainda o espaço.
Maravilhosa, acordar com as Maritacas e ar puro.
9.0A área de churrasco é muito boa. A vista lateral também. A cidade é linda. Eu amei demais, voltarei, é uma caminhada pro centro onde tem as lojas e vida noturna tb, melhor ir de carro. E andar para pra conhecer as lojas. O condomínio da casa é muito bom. Cidade top. Proprietária bem atenciosa.
− Chuveiro, devido a falta de pressão da água não sai muita água e desregula a temperatura. Falei com a proprietária e infelizmente ela tem tentado resolver, mas ainda não conseguiu. Creio que irá em breve.
