Fantastisch mooi huis, heerlijk ruim en met heel veel praktische spullen (waaronder veel mooi speelgoed). Contact met de verhuurder (Sabrina) was helemaal goed. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf (gezin met 2 kleine kinderen van 5 en 1 en schoonouders).

Extremely clean, very spacious house. Looks like the photos. Light filled rooms, large windows with a view. Comfortable temperature indoors. Beautiful decor and fittings. Nice linens in the bedroom. Laundry, dryer, and airing room appreciated. Lots of storage in the laundry for clothes, as there is no storage in the main bedroom. Dedicated office space for those who need it. The location is great, 15 mins walking distance from the train station, 10 mins to the SkiWelt and 4 mins to the supermarket. There is parking on site for those who drive. Separate toilets/showers were great for our big group too. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, with dishwasher and cleaning products provided. Coffee pods provided. A gift of beer and wine in the fridge.

− The deposit should be taken via credit card hold or through booking.com. As international travellers, the bank transfer deposit was difficult for us, and meant we lost around €50 in back and forth transfer fees. This could be avoided with a credit card hold. Basic cooking supplies like oil, sugar, baking paper, aluminium foil, etc were not provided. You will also have to bring your own laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner. For the price, I believe these items should be provided. Only 1 set of keys was provided, which can prove difficult with five adults coming and going at different times. A house manual with local recommendations, instructions for appliances, and local procedures (eg, recycling and trash sorting) would be helpful for future guests.

Amazing ski vacation

Bigger house than we expected! Great kitchen and laundry facilities. Had a high chair and bath for baby which was great for us We were able to check in earlier which was helpful

Excellent, a fantastic home in Tirol, one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Beautiful and stylish home, very well-equipped, spatious, modern. Only minutes walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, and bars in Hopfgarten and also a great starting point for hikes, both short and ambitious ones. Great for families.
