Hezké a tradinční ubytování
10.0Krásné místo a výhled. Přes to že bylo ubytování mezi ostatními domky, měli jsme i tak dost soukromí. Když jsme potřebovali další vybavení pokoje, tak nám ho majitel přinesl. Celý apartmán byl velmi hezký a tradiční. Kolem pobíhá spousta kočiček.
− Chybělo vybavení jako ostrý nůž a prkýnko, ale kdybychom si napsali majiteli, pravděpodobně by nám ho přinesl.

1.0Paesino Emporio santorini
− Soggiorno pessimo in questo b&b a Emporio, Santorini. La host *non si è mai presentata di persona*, accogliendoci solo tramite una videochiamata al nostro arrivo, dicendo di avere un “contrattempo”. Ci ha guidato *telefonicamente in videocall * tra i vicoli del paesino per raggiungere la struttura, e una volta lì, abbiamo trovato la *chiave nascosta dietro un vaso*. La porta della nostra stanza era *già aperta*, e l’interno sembrava più *una grotta umida che una camera accogliente*. Nessuna finestra, odore forte di *umidità e muffa*. La mattina seguente scopriamo una *vasca idromassaggio sporca e piena di zanzare*: totalmente inutilizzabile. Alla nostra segnalazione, la risposta è stata: “È la natura, deve essere così”. Il peggio è arrivato nel pomeriggio: riceviamo *foto di due gatti nel nostro letto*, inviate dall’host, accusandoci di averli portati noi (!), nonostante *mia moglie sia allergica al pelo di gatto*. Dopo varie insistenze e prove fotografiche da parte nostra, ha ammesso che erano entrati dal tetto. Ci ha chiesto di *pagare un nuovo materasso* perché “avevano fatto pipì”, e ha rifiutato di offrirci *una nuova camera* o *un servizio di pulizia*, a meno che non pagassimo extra e aspettassimo 48 ore. Quando ci siamo accorti tramite Booking che *aveva una camera libera*, l’ha negato fino a quando l’abbiamo smascherato. Solo dopo ha detto che era disponibile… ma *non prima di mezzanotte*. Abbiamo abbandonato la struttura e prenotato altrove. L’host *ha rifiutato qualsiasi rimborso, nemmeno il 50%*. Vacanza rovinata, zero assistenza e totale mancanza di professionalità. *Sconsigliatissimo.*
