− Algunas dificultades con la apertura de la puerta de acceso de los vehículos y suciedad y falta de mantenimiento de los espacios comunes de la casa. La empresa de gestión no estuvo a la altura para resolver el problema de la puerta de acceso a los vehículos y no nos sentimos bien tratados. El sofá del Salón, sólo le queda la estructura de madera. No te podías sentar.. Creo que necesita ser sustituido. Incidencias y retrasos en la devolución de la fianza.

− Lo único que nos gusto es que no pudimos meter los coches porque no funcionaba el motor de la puerta del garaje. Tampoco había luz en el garaje y por la noche no se podía jugar al futbolín o ping pong. Aunque no fue un problema y el anfitrión se ofreció a arreglarlo el sábado y como era fácil aparcar no hizo falta.
