Tranquilidade e aconchego.

Imóvel muito bom com a estrutura necessária para passar um tempo em família. Cômodos bem arejados e com temperaturas amenas (apesar de estar bem quente), espaço para aproximadamente uns 6 veículos e bastante arborizado.

− Falta um pouco de zelo com o imóvel. A casa possui muita madeira em sua estrutura (chão, teto e algumas vigas) o que deixa o ambiente com a sensação de ser mais escuro, adicione-se a isso algumas lâmpadas apagadas/queimadas fica mais escuro ainda. A reserva do imóvel foi feita em Junho/2025 e o pagamento realizado em Outubro/2025 (2 meses de antecedência) porém quando chegamos a piscina estava bem turva, alguém falou com a pessoa que cuida e somente no dia seguinte (pela manhã) ela colocou uma carga de cloro (creio que em excesso) pois conseguíamos sentir o cheiro forte, do lado de fora. Com isso dos 4 dias que estivemos no imóvel somente foi possível usar a piscina 2 dias. Alguns banheiros com as borboletas do registro de água soltas.

− A banheira de hidromassagem de um dos quartos estava em manutenção, o que não chegou a ser um problema.
