Conforto e segurança da casa são um destaque, estando localiza em um condomínio imerso na natureza. A casa é rústica com um excelente bom gosto nos detalhes, fora a garrafa de vinho de "mimo". Muito limpa e com todos os utensílios necessários, inclusive para um bom churrasco.
