9.0We saw dolphins swimming past multiple times, hunting in the shallows too. The sunrises were next level.

9.0Location location location Just loved being on the water, grandchildren played cricket on the beach while others were in their new kayak. View from living room, dining room and master bedroom was breathtaking
− Not enough off street parking. The house is advertised for 8-9 people with only 1 car space

9.0Location excellent to where we need to get to. Pity we didn't have time to enjoy the walks on the beach, however the views were exceptional.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
