Beautiful but disappointing a shame

The house is amazing , the toiletries smelt very nice.

− The BBQ Area was very dirty we could not use it , most of the bedrooms upstairs smelt like mould and had mould on the curtains, the dishwasher didn't work the kitchen equipment are very out dated , the lounge room, lounge had cat scratches on them also the linen in the kids room had hopefully chocolate stains. To be honest the house is lovely but needs to be cleaned before clients arrival it's very disappointing to pay such huge amount to arrive somewhere less impressive than coming home. Hopefully it will be rectified so no one else experiences the same disappointment as we did thank you.
