4.0− The sheets were not clean. Nor the pillow cases. They smelt like they had been used and also hairs on the beds and pillows indicate no change over

2.0Location to Bike Park Wales is brilliant, 10min drive tops.
− Dirty, infact dirty probably doesn't cut it. Mould growing in multiple places, walls and floors hadn't been cleaned, in a while. Damage around the property. Facilities not as described, photos dont match the location. Overal massively disappointed in the property.
Been coming to Merthyr for 10 years, this is the best self catering place we've stayed at by far.
9.0Excellent place for MTB riders. Secure lock for bikes, loads of room for big groups and a great layout to socialise. The signs on the doors and MTB pictures round the place were a nice nod to the sport! Definitely be staying again. Thanks.
− Maybe the oven could've been a bit cleaner.
