​I enjoyed my stay very much! The house has everything you need: the kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, and glasses (though no microwave), spacious bathroom, plenty of power sockets, a wood-burning stove with wood supply, mosquito nets and blinds on the windows, so you can sleep peacefully with the windows open and listen to the incredible bird singing in the morning (along with frogs at night). The blinds also keep the house cool during hot days. If the night is clear, you can watch the stars even from the bedroom, but of course, going outside is much more romantic (and there are nice chaise lounges to lie down and watch them). ​The internet connection was stable and fast enough for a regular workday with Zoom video meetings. You can also cast YouTube to the Smart TV. ​Walking and hiking with dogs was awesome. Just a 5-minute walk from the house, you are near fishing lakes with sandy spots and exits to the water for dogs to cool off when it's hot outside (though swimming is not allowed, so I wouldn't throw any balls into the water). For longer walks, there are several nice routes in the area within a 10-to-15-minute car ride. I especially loved the W10 heath panorama trail; I bet the view there is magnificent at the end of August! You can find walking/cycling trails maps under the TV. ​For dog owners: the house is not fully fenced, so be sure to use a leash if your dog needs to do its thing during the night - squirrels and other small animals can be nearby.
