6.0It was clean and comfortable and very near the beach.
− There were no instructions on what to with beds and rubbish at the end of the stay. No Information on what’s about town, where to eat etc. The windows didn’t open which made it stuff and hot at night. No fans for summer to keep cool was a heater for winter
The first 3 days good. After that my husband and daughter could not do anything. I was in pain .
5.0We provided our own food. Location was good. The beach and the peaceful atmosphere.
− The mattress in the main bedroom was too soft. After the third night I woke up in so much pain, I wanted to pack up and come home. We could not find a physiotherapist in Waihi or Katikati. We made an appointment with a physio in Bethlehem. At that stage I was in so much pain and I couldn’t sit any longer. I had to sleep on the floor or go home.
