9.0Eigentlich ist die Wohnung eine ausgebaute Garage, daher sind die Zimmer nicht sehr groß. Aber es ist alles sehr geschickt gemacht, so dass wir für unseren Kurzaufenthalt alles hatten, was wir brauchten. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und bei gutem Wetter ein echtes Plus mit einem sehr schönen Blick. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett!
Rustige uitvalsbasis voor prachtige fietstochten!
10.0We hebben ontzettend genoten van de rust daar en van het prachtige uitzicht. Akkerrand is een prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten naar alle windstreken! De eigenaar woont er naast en is altijd bereid tot het oplossen van problemen, heel vriendelijk! Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en vele mooie fietstochten in de omgeving gemaakt!

Nice place for 1-2 persons if you don't mind to drive a bit to the sea.
9.0This is a quiet place aside of busy roads and crowds.
− Sometimes there was sewer smell in the air outside the house. Also this property requires 200 euro deposit which is not obvious from the initial description, at least I did not see this and this was a surprise for me. After I paid the advertised stay price via booking.com I've got a message I need also to make this deposit via bank transfer. I did not like that. Then they need to improve their communication attitude. After I send them this deposit and notified them, I did not get any answer regarding check-in for about 24 hours which was rather uncomfortable. I've got my deposit back in time though.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15 for bed linen, EUR 10 for towels or bring their own.
