6.0− Cleanliness needs some work. We had two properties and both obviously needed vacuuming and dusting. One bed had old dirty socks in it
Terrible. Stay elsewhere!!!
4.0− Don’t stay here! First up they cancelled our booking, then charged us an additional $500 to stay there due to “payment failure” which was completely incorrect as card details were correct & money in our account. we drove 7 hours from Queensland & when we arrived there was NOTHING at the property. No towels, no bed linen, not even body wash or soap to wash your hands. I was surprised that we had 2 rolls of toilet paper!!! The place was filthy - the kitchen was revolting, cutlery covered in caked-on food, food splattered up the kettle, food all over the cook top, dead bugs in all the rooms, long black hairs on the bathroom floor. Just revolting. Beds uncomfortable & hard, pillows covered in stains. We were there for a wedding & tried to find other accomodation but everything else was booked. The booking company don’t care about it either. I tried to call to see what could be done, the phone just rang out & went to voicemail. I left a message but still waiting to hear back from Thursday. Expensive & not worth it. Stay elsewhere.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to be honest. Half our family left the first night

− Beds were so uncomfortable and blankets had not been washed they were covered in stains. Very unclean there was dust and spiders everywhere. Even in bedrooms!! Can’t imagine people paying more for this property in peak season
