9.0Alojamento praticamente novo, boas condições nos quartos (TV, AC), boas casas de banho, higiene, boas condições para cozinhar. estacionamento privativo com fácil acesso. Facilidade por parte do proprietário para fazer late check out. Loja e café nas proximidades.
− Internet não funcionou. Alguns problemas na pintura, derivado a problemas de humidade que, embora resolvidos ainda não estavam concluídos.
