6.0Casa com potencial: com aquecimento, água de duche bastante quente, máquina de lavar loiça boa, espaço exterior agradável com churrasqueira e uma mesa com bancos de pedra, quartos espaços e camas grandes e confortáveis.
− Falta de manutenção e limpeza dos diferentes espaços da casa. Um poliban partido, TVs dos quartos não funcionavam e comandos de TV sem pilhas. Frigorífico a funcionar mas sem limpeza, e deficitária limpeza dos diferentes cómodos (quartos e casas de banho).
