− Um dos quartos não tinha ar condicionado e esta realidade não foi devidamente publicitada. A decisão de arrendar foi também feita com base na percepção de que todos os quartos tinham ar condicionado, o que não se verificou. Há que haver mais cuidado! Está em causa uma renda que justifica mais conforto …
Amazing experience.
9.0Everyone and everything. Algarve Manta properties management goes way beyond the normal standards. They are extremely available, professional, and very client oriented. The villa was very well equipped.
− The pool isn't private, it belongs to all the villas and you have 1h to stay in it so that everyone may use it. This was the only negative point. Judging by the photos and the description, I really had the idea that was only for this villa. Comparing with other adds of other properties, it should mention that it is a shared pool.
Would recommend.
10.0The property is spacious, was nice and clean and the air conditioning on the ground floor and the first floor, nice location near the beach and town centre
− The top floor was a too hot, the water was always too hot or cold, there was no middle ground for when we were showering.
