Beautiful but hot
7.0Someone communicated with us and timed the key handoff and house tour with our late night arrival. Fully equipped kitchen (sharp knives, lots of pots and pans). Beautiful garden and walking distance from the beach. Although they did not have on sight parking, there was always plenty of street parking nearby. Every room had an ensuite bathroom and they included a cot in 1 of the rooms to accommodate all 9 of us (4 adults and 5 children). Host representative was very helpful and responsive. There is a small beach between 5-10 minutes walk from the house with a nice restaurant. We prefer the further away beach that is a 15 minute walk because it was much bigger. Both beaches have plenty of parking if you would rather not walk.
− Summers are hot and humid. There is no air conditioning. They did not have any fans and it was hard to get a cross breeze in any of the bedrooms due to the design if the house. Also it would have been nice to know that we had to go outside to get to the 4th bedroom in the basement. Bedroom temperature would have been great if not for the heat wave making it hard to sleep.

Staying in Casa Malta combined the privacy of a holiday house with the service of a hotel. Perfect!
10.0Our stay in the house was amazing. The house provided a room service with cleaner coming in every day and taking care of the rooms, changing towels etc. All rooms were specious and had a private bathroom, there was a large kitchen with all kinds of equipment you can imagine and a comfortabel living room. There garden was enormous, it even had fruit an vegetable we were free to eat. The owner of the house was also very nice and helpful.
− The only thing we missed in the house was a washing machine. However, the cleaning lady was more than willing to do our laundry for free so that wasn't an issue.
