Compact private apartment great for a couple (not 3). The gardens were excellent with direct access to Wombat Hill botanical gardens. Lovely open space , peaceful and light filled.

− 8 or 9 out of 10 overall. Marked down a point for barely acceptable maintenance on the windows (some difficult to open, broken handles &/or dusty/dirty). Only barely essential items provided if that (soap, washing up liquid, etc etc). Given this is not a 'value' property, it's annoying to have to go to Coles to ensure the basics are covered.

− Lots of wildlife, very loud. Animals in the heating/aircon units. Not dealt with during our stay.
