NEDOPORUČUJI - neseriózní jednání majitele

− Předmětem pronájmu je celý dům, který obsahuje 3 ložnice s celkovou kapacitou 6 dospělých. Rezervaci jsme provedli začátkem ledna s termínem ubytování 6 nocí v druhé polovině srpna pro 2 dospělé se 2 dětmi (vnoučata ve věku 4 a 6 let). Těsně před nástupem na ubytování se nám vrátil z dlouhodobého studijního pobytu v zahraničí domů syn (věkem patří do kategorie dospělý), takže jsme chtěli být spolu a vzali ho s sebou, s tím, že rozdíl v ceně podle počtu osob, který dle booking.com činí 20 EUR za celou dobu pobytu, uhradíme na místě. Majitel objektu při našem příjezdu s pobytem syna souhlasil a připravil pro něj lůžko. Majitele jsme v ten okamžik informovali, že jsme připraveni rozdíl v ceně doplatit. Problém nastal druhý den, kdy majitel požadoval doplatek za rozdíl v ceně 9x vyšší než vyplývá z oficiálních cen na booking.com. Několikrát jsme se mu snažili vysvětlit a doložit screenshoty, jaká je oficiální cena na booking.com, avšak on pouze upravil svůj požadavek na 6x násobek oficiální ceny. Následně v jednání přiostřil, několikrát začal vyžadovat okamžité vystěhování syna a nazval jeho pobyt protiprávním. Obrátili jsme se na zákaznický servis booking.com, avšak ten změnu počtu osob odmítl provést. Po třech dnech jsme tedy byli nuceni podlehnout nátlaku majitele a jím požadovanou cenu (6x vyšší než oficiální cena) mu zaplatit. Na základě těchto zkušeností, kdy jsme měli díky neserioznímu a nátlakovému jednání majitele zkaženou dovolenou, ubytování v tomto objektu ROZHODNĚ NEDOPORUČUJI. Varováním nám při rezervaci objektu měl být nízký počet hodnocení (od ledna 2021 pouze 9 hodnocení), že zde není něco v pořádku. Na závěr si dovolím ještě kritiku zákaznického servisu booking.com: pokud by zákaznický servis neodmítl změnu v počtu osob provést, samozřejmě s doplatkem ceny v oficiální výši, k výše uvedené situaci by vůbec nemohlo dojít. Jsem zklamán úrovní zákaznického servisu a tím pro mě ztrácí tato domnělá výhoda booking.com oproti jiným serverům smysl.

Fijn huis, prachtige tuin en goede bedden en dat is wel echt een uitzondering in hongarije.

− De douche kon alleen als handdouche gebruikt worden. We geven zelf een ventilator gekocht, maar het was ook wel bizar warm.

Ein toller Familienurlaub

Tolle Unterkunft mit großem gepflegten Garten. Lage war für uns perfekt, ruhig und alles schnell erreichbar (Einkaufen, Strand, Hafen, Restaurants und Zentrum). Vermieter sind super nett, bei Fragen und Problemen kann man sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit.
