An okay property. Not exceptional.

The games and books. The stocked kitchen. The electric blankets and many heaters.

− It felt like it needed some TLC, light fitting in the lounge was ill fitted, and curtain rails not well fitted to cover the windows. Timber for the fire was left in the garage and was damp.
