Mixed. Great garden and very clean. Upkeep and repair a bit casual.

Great central location to Arrowtown. House was comfortable.
10.0Location in Arrowtown, was able to walk everywhere. Close to restaurants and shops. Close to the Arrow river. Easy drive to Queenstown and Wanaka.

6.0− Sold as three bedrooms - one was a sleepout, not made up and not very clean - especially laundry area. We had 4 female adults who all required their own bed.
