La piscina sicuramente punto a vantaggio

In die Jahre gekommen war es einmal ganz schön hier.

Der Pool ist erfrischend. Der Blick Richtung Meer ist schön. Die Lage war einmal gut - jetzt nicht mehr.

− Der Weg zum Strand ist kaum noch begehbar, umgeflügter Acker, Baugrube, niedergetretener rostiger Zaun, Müllabladeplatz müssen gemeistert werden. Nun sind noch zahlreiche archäologische Ausgrabungsgruben hinzugekommen durch die erst einmal Baustop, aber der Weg ist dadurch noch unmöglicher. Die historischen Ausgrabungen machen wenig Lärm, aber was kommt noch… Das Hestia selbst ist insgesamt circa vor 30 Jahren stehengeblieben, alles von damals, alt, nicht mehr zeitgemäß und recht primitiv. Zwei Zimmer im Keller recht dunkel und muffig. Der Pool hat keine richtige Technik, ist eigentlich nur ausgeschachtet und angestrichen, keine richtige Filteranlage, kein Überlauf, aber stattdessen ist eine Plastikbox hineingehängt, die irgendwie alles umwirbelt… In den 8 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts waren wir uns selbst überlassen: kein Wäsche- oder Handtuchwechsel, keine Raum-Reinigung. Zwar drei Duschen, aber Duschbereich primitiv schmuddelig. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber die hat nur Strom, wenn man im Haus ist und wenn man die Elektrokarte gesteckt hat. Diese ist durch keine andere Karte ersetzbar und fest mit dem Hausschlüssel verbunden. Die Umgebung ist unattraktiver geworden: Unsere fußläufige Lieblingstrattoria AMPELI hat zugemacht und wurde verkauft! Das nächste Restaurant jetzt also erst in Tigaki! Das HESTIA hat viel weiße Farbe bekommen und wurde aufgehübscht. Anscheinend soll es verkauft werden.

Location is beautiful and quiet and having a hire car was ideal. Serge is very helpful. Lovely swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen. Although being picky a wall clock would be handy ! Plenty of storage in bedroom . Having washing machine is a nice touch. My friends and I really enjoyed the villa.

− We all agreed the pillows were uncomfortable but again fairly minor detail.

Kuća,okućnica,bazen,plaže,gradić,domaćin su super.

− Malene primjedbe za buduće goste: Tko ne voli tvrđe madrace neće se baš naspavati. Čudan je pad vode u tuševima donjih apartmana. Uglavnom kupaona je non stop 1 cm pod vodom. Centar je 7 km, ako ste bez auta obavezno iznajmite bicikle (samo su 5 eura po danu). Domaćin bi s obzirom da ima maslinovo ulje, jaja od kokoši koje simpatično šeću po savršeno uređenoj okućnici,vrt sa povrćem mogao ponuditi gostima barem na prodaju te proizvode, također nabaviti i preporučiti domaće vino naravno za prodaju. Mi išli u kupovinu u Lidl cca.1.5 km. Inače da se domaćin ne uvrijedi volio bih da ovo shvati dobronamjerno i počne to prakticirati. On je u redu i susretljiv, ne smeta iako je boravio s obitelji u prvom od 4 kompleksa. Pratite i vremensku prognozu prije puta. Kuća je blizu cca.300m od obale. Puhao je vjetar 2 dana toliko da nismo mogli sjediti čak ni na terasi,ali smo se barem na kratko probili do obale i uživali bacajući se po valovima. Čak ni turistički brodovi nisu isplovljavali tako da nam je planirani izlet otpao. More je toplo cca. 25, zrak 29 stupnjeva. Savršeno. Kos je u rujnu mirno mjesto sa većinom umirovljeničkom populacijom iz čitave Europe. Cijene: Giros npr. po 12 do 15 eura. Pivo cca.od 4 do 5 eura 0.5l Uz minimalnu konzumaciju ležaljke i suncobrani diljem pješćanih plaža Kosa su besplatni.

Great accommodation for families and groups

Great location due to being close to Tgaki. Loved the outdoor setting and layout as it covered all we needed. Also was able to explore other parts of Kos within good time

− The shower drainage was poor and had lack of barrier which created issues with water from shower to spread throughout the whole bathroom. The pool access ladder also had hair from previous guests tangled around it. Surrounding pool tiles were slippery when wet so could be a safety issue for children

Het zwembad en het uitzicht er bij was echt fantastisch. Je ziet op 20 minuutjes met de scooter van het centrum Kos af dus het was echt fantastisch!

− Bedden waren wel vrij hard
