Tolle Lage der Wohnung, wenige Minuten zu Fuss zum See, Gondel, Einkaufen etc. Lieblingsplatz die Dachterrasse mit Berg-/Seeblick und die Galerie im Wohnbereich als Rückzugsort (v.a. für die Kinder) zum Lesen, Spielen etc. Küche super ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht - ungewöhnlich für eine Ferienwohnung. Super Gegend für Ausflüge, Wandern, Biken, Wassersport…

I had a fantastic time at the Urban Alpine Penthouse. The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you need – whether you’re there to relax or work remotely. The internet connection was stable and fast, which made it easy to stay productive during the day. The surrounding area is stunning, with breathtaking lake and mountain views that you can enjoy right from the balcony. It’s a peaceful, quiet environment, yet close enough to everything you might need. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and inspiring place to stay – especially if you need to combine work with leisure.

It has all you wish for: Amazing place - Beautiful location - Great host.

Great location with amazing views to the mountains and the lake. Everything we wanted to see was within our reach. Lake, Waterfalls, Roman cable car, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance. Sufficient space to park the car. Kitchen well-equipped. Nice fire place for colder evenings. The place is clean, and well taken care of. Oliver is a great host who loves to provide for his guests, whether it is for local attractions and activities, or any other tips you may need. Would not have a single doubt to recommend anyone to stay here.

The Alpine Penthouse is the perfect place to stay by the Achensee, with amazing hosts, and you will not want to leave!

The property is modern looking and very nice with updated appliances and very clean. The rooftop patio with the hot tub is a very nice addition. All of the beds and furniture are very comfortable and nice. The location is perfect. Amazing panoramic views of the mountains and great views of the lake. Only a few minute walk to the water, as well as to the market and local restaurants. Less than ten minutes walk to the gondola. Oliver, the owner of the property, was a fantastic host! We requested a child bed for a friends small child and he provided the bed as well as a high chair for the child to eat at the dinner table. Oliver also provided a lot of information about local attractions and activities, and also provided local tourist cards that gave us discounts at local attractions including the gondola and the aquatic center. For our drive back to Munich he gave us several scenic places to see and stop at, and it ended up being a very lovely drive. A very gracious and helpful host! Overall this was an extremely pleasant experience. As an American from California I would recommend staying at this property to everyone I know that would like to visit Europe and do some outdoor activities. I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat, and would love to see what it is like during the ski season.
