Very nice amenities, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good!

− TV issues took 40 minutes to fix. Sharp edge on the pull-out couch cut my leg when I got up to go to the .bathroom in middle of the night. Someone had tried to cover one area of the bed with electrical.tape. Phones to the front desk were out of service for hours and hours. Went to put a dirty coffee cup in the dishwasher only to find it was completely full with what I assumed were clean items. Also found a broken glass in the dishwasher. The shower drain plug was broken and lying in the shower. The drain is clogged and water was over top of my ankles. Calls to GM of rental management company were ignored. We are checking out this morning and will be going to my PCP to have my leg checked. I will never rent at this property or from Railing Rentals again.
