Grundsätzlich schönes Haus mit guter ruhiger Lage, hat aber Potential zur Verbesserung bei dem aufgerufenen Preis.

Die großen Räume; das große Bad und der HW-Raum war sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann schön um die Felder spazieren. Auch ein Spielplatz ist sehr nah.

− Viele Sachen sind schon etwas abgenutzt (Fußleisten, Türen schließen teilweise nicht gut, Wände usw.). Zudem war der Boden wirklich extrem dreckig. Wir haben 3 Kinder, davon ein Krabbelkind. Die Socken aller Kinder waren nach 30 Minuten ohne Hausschuhe nahezu schwarz. Ebenso die Hose beim Kleinsten. Leider lag auch eine Kellerassel auf dem Kopfkissen bei Ankunft (wurde aber direkt neu bezogen) und der Dachboden wurde eigentlich gar nicht gereinigt. Hier lagen Haare und Flusen.
