Very comfortable stay with good facilities
9.0No breakfast provided but it was self-catering. Location was good - 3 pubs in easy walking distance,
− It was difficult to access normal (BBC etc) programmes on the TV as it is all through the internet.
We’ll be back!!!
10.0Brook House is located in the heart of Askrigg making it ideal for the three pubs, the general store and the cafe. It has everything you need to make your stay special, from a welcome basket to wonderfully plump and soft towels. Brook House is an absolute gem in a beautiful village.

A Delightful Find!
9.0Absolutely immaculate. Beautifully decorated and everything you needed. Good quality bedding and towels. Welcome box was a lovely bonus. There was a dog box if you needed a dog bowl and towel etc as well. Enough kitchen amenities such as kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets. Stunning location and very near local pub and shops.
− The only criticism is, there were only 7 logs left for the fire and as it was a freezing cold and snowy night when we arrived. The logs lasted 4 hours. Bought £20 of logs, 4 bags to last 2 further nights. But there is a more than adequate heating system but we loved the fire.
Excellent property, has everything you need. Fantastic location.
