− Bei der Ankunft nicht ausreichend aufgeklärt, da Personal krank. Nicht unterrichtet worden, dass der Wasserstand außergewöhnlich niedrig ist. Gaststätten alle geschlossen hatten. Zur Bushaltestelle, die angefahren wurde, man mit dem Auto erst hinfahren musste. Brötchendienst?
Unterkunft zu teuer. Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt.

− Abflüsse der sanitären Anlagen verstopft , Duschkabine klemmte, Licht in der Tiefgarage teilweise ohne Funktion. Defekte Wandfliesen, alte Heizungsrohre abgeschnitten und Löcher nicht geschlossen, Geruchsbelästigung durch die Ablufthaube in der Küche bei Nutzung von Hausmitbewohnern. Innenhof Unkrautwucherung, defekter Bodenablauf usw.
