− We arrived at the accommodation and it was already rented out to another family. The man called the hotel owner, who said that my reservation had been canceled on Booking. I did not see this in the application. The host let out the accommodation to someone else and did not inform us. We stayed there in the evening with 3 small children without accommodation.
