7.0The outdoor space was exceptionally nice. The washing machine was a definite plus. The property had good hot water, the walk in shower was good for my husband who uses a cane for stability. Lovely upstairs terrace with nice views.
− The streets are very steep and narrow. This is not a reflection on the property, but parking was very difficult and often we could not find a parking space very close to the property.

10.0It can sometimes feel daunting to stay in a place on your own. But with a host like Thyl, you have absolutely nothing to worry about! He is incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Thyl's local expertise is unmatched; he runs a local tour company offering jeep and walking tours. His deep knowledge of the area made the experience richer and more personal. The location was perfect—just a few minutes' walk into the charming town, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. The house has plenty of kitchen amenities and the rooftop terrace was a real gem, with sun almost all day! There were even plug sockets, which made working remotely while enjoying the sunshine super convenient. There is air conditioning in the living room and a fan in the bedroom. I will absolutely be returning.

Great for warm dry summer vacations, if cool and wet weather would not recommend as cold and damp.
6.0Good central location, we anticipated parking would be tricky given the location, but managed. Thyl was very accommodating and friendly and the place would probably have been more comfortable in the summer.
− It was unfortunate that we had several cool and wet days weather-wise which exacerbated the dampness of the property. I would recommend investing in a Wood burner for this property as electric heaters can be expensive to run and can only sufficiently heat one room, when the property has traditional vaulted ceilings. The new air conditioning unit was not sufficient for heating either.
Great if you have a car and want to see the area. Comfortable, clean, and everyone was helpful.
8.0Lovely garden and sun roof. Shame we didn’t get the weather to use it when we were there.
