We would not stay here again!
2.0Quiet location, conveniently located by gas, stores
− Property was not maintained outside front and backyard, weeds, spider webs all over inside and out, no toilet paper or cleaning supplies, house was dusty,(evidently not cleaned for a while). Front of home overgrown weeds, home was an older manufactured home, which was not listed on site. Inside was not too bad. Minimally maintained. chewed gum in master bedroom (pictures taken of all concerns). Light fixtures hanging from ceiling, not intact. Ant invested. We had to buy ant spray and toilet paper for the 4 days there.

10.0Very nice!!! We were there for our daughter’s graduation from NAU. It was so wonderful to have the family under one roof and relax! The hot tub was great too😁

9.0The stay was wonderful! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and the house itself was very clean and cozy, just what we were looking for!
− Only thing is the backyard could use a good, all around pest control spray as the night approached we seen roaches and spiders crawling around. Nothing to stop us from getting in the jacuzzi but enough to notice. I do want to point out that none inside the house though☺️ just the backyard
