Comodidad ,ambiente muy acogedor y la Sra Pilar que nos recibió muy amable y atenta ,el entorno hermoso ,sin duda alguna recomendado y si se nos da la posibilidad de volver ,lo haríamos sin pensarlo !!!

La ubicación de las cabaña es muy buena El equipamiento es bueno, estuvimos sin luz y ellos activaban el generador para ciertas horas del día.

− la cocina es electrica y tienen bombas de agua, por lo que al no contar con luz electrica estuvimos sin luz y agua gran parte del día cuando estuvimos en la cabaña

− cabaña con desperfectos en servicios, se noto que no fue bien revisada para mi estancia. recepción de anfitriona, se sentía molesta el cual tras situación se hizo sentir en mi recepción.

− Cuando llegamos, nos indicaron que pasáramos a la cabaña y, para nuestra sorpresa, había un fuerte olor a descomposición, aparentemente de un ratón. La solución que nos ofrecieron fue cambiarnos de cabaña, lo cual aceptamos en el momento, aunque al día siguiente me arrepentí, ya que durante toda la noche se escuchaban ratones en el techo: sus pasos y cómo rasguñaban constantemente, haciendo muy difícil poder descansar. Además, la cabaña no contaba con elementos básicos de recibimiento, como confort extra, sal u otros detalles mínimos que suelen hacer más cómoda la estadía. Por otra parte, el día previo a nuestra llegada consulté si existía la posibilidad de hacer el check-in un poco antes. Me indicaron que me confirmarían, pero nunca recibí respuesta.
