10.0Die Wohnung über 2 Etagen und die Dachterrasse war phänomenal
− Teilweise mangelhafte und liebevolle Ausstattung Für max 4 Personen waren nur 3 Gabeln vorhanden, Gläser immer nur für 2 Personen passend, Kochtopf total aufgebraucht mit Antihaftbeschichtung sehr grenzwertig, ansonsten alles vorhanden
Große Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend mit fantastischer Aussicht
9.0Für uns war die Lage super: 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen Porto de las Nieves / Agaete, 10 Minuten zum Meerwasserschwimmbad. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig was das Geschirr angeht. (Ein Weinglas für zwei Personen), aber sehr gute Töpfe. Am schönsten ist Dachterrasse. Hier geht immer ein leichter Wind und die Aussicht auf das Meer und der abendliche Sonnenuntergang sind großartig.
− Die Schlüsselübergabe beziehungsweise die Übergabe des Codes für den Schlüsselkasten war müßig. Erst 12 Stunden vor unserem Eintreffen bekamen wir einen Link zum Ausfüllen eines Registrierungsformulars. Erst nachdem wir alle Angaben gemacht hatten (die zum größten Teil auch schon bei Booking hinterlegt sind) bekamen wir den Schlüsselcode. Es wäre schöner gewesen, wenn wir mit der kompletten Bezahlung der Wohnung (diese erfolgte drei Wochen vor Anreise) auch das Registrungsformular erhalten hätten. Das hätten wir dann entspannt am heimischen Rechner ausfüllen können und nicht von unterwegs per Mobiltelefon.

8.0We had a little trouble finding the house but the flight was late in and we were tired.
− We accidentally blocked a fan light and got screamed at by the neighbours below. Maybe a note informing guests not to block it.
