Very spacious and clean. We were very comfortable with plenty of closets and amenities. Great to have a driveway and carport.. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful.

− A little warm at times with no AC but this is typical for Hawaii. The stovetop was difficult to operate and constantly showed error codes. (No instructions found) The upstairs bathroom needs some blinds or curtains.

A perfect house to relax in and enjoy beautiful Kailua.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. It was equipped with almost everything we needed (a coffee grinder would have been great for our Hawaiian beans). The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, bowls, etc to create delicious meals, if you are so inclined. The beds and pillows are comfortable and we all slept well. The beach is a short walk away and there are plenty of beach accessories like chairs, towels, snorkels, a cooler, umbrella and other things. It feels more like a loved home rather than a rental. Communication with Kay was easy and he is very responsive. We so enjoyed our stay.

− The living room is quite dark with only dim recessed lighting making reading quite difficult. A table lamp or two would be a good addition.

Cute little spot and very convenient to walk to restuarants, shops and the beach.

The location is fantastic and it was very quiet. A 4 minute walk to Kalama Beach was really nice. You can also walk to shops and restaurants very easily - maybe a 10-15min walk.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood and easily walkable to Kailua beach. This is great as the beach is beautiful and very popular but there’s very limited parking available. We were able to come and go whenever we wanted.

− There could have been more clarity in the booking. The property has two separate units, one is a two bedroom house and the other is a good size all-in-one efficiency apartment. We thought that we had booked the house but we ended up in the other. That said, we enjoyed our stay and particularly liked the small walled patio as we were able to sit outside even when it rained.

Polecam. Fantastyczne miejsce na wypoczynek. Spokój, blisko plaży, czysto. Na plus duża pralka i bardzo wygodne łóżko.

− Nieprawda w ogłoszeniu - nie wynajmujesz całego domu, tylko garaż, który został przerobiony na mały domek. Są zdjęcia z tego miejsca pod koniec ogłoszenia, ale większość jest z domu, który realnie nie jest do wynajęcia i ktoś tam mieszka. Dla nas nie było problemem, bo przyjechałyśmy we dwie, ale przy większej ilości osób, to może wadzić.

Location, home was done very nicely, host was quick to respond and easy to work with. All in all a very nice stay.

− lighting was confusing, and many bulbs needed to be changed. Curtains in master bedroom, even though it was upstairs, would be good for female privacy...no problem for men.
