Very disappointing. Blocked drains, poor air-con, dirty, tiny tv, unbearably humid apartment.

Close to city centre, only 5-10 minutes walk away.

− The apartment is located up a very steep hill, Google Maps took us up dozens of steep steps to get to the apartment. It wouldn't be suitable for elderly people or people with mobility issues. The property is not as described. The bathtub was disgusting so we didn't want to shower in it. This was not mentioned on the advert. It is very rusty and black. There is also a bad blockage issue with the drainage. We tried to unblock the bath plughole and loads of disgusting mess came up and there were very unpleasant smells. The apartment wasn't air-conditioned even though it said it was on the advert. It just had one ineffective fan unit which meant it was ridiculously and unpleasantly hot all day. We would sweat profusely just sitting down. My girlfriend couldn't do her make-up and we stayed in the apartment as little as possible as a result. It said it had a flat-screen tv but the television was actually tiny and unwatchable. The front door lock didn't work properly meaning it always took several minutes to unlock the door. This would be a fire and safety issue too. You would have to turn the key several times to try and unlock the door and just hope that it worked. Also the washing machine was very dirty and we had to completely clean it ourselves before using it. We also had to take all the rubbish down to the bins ourselves which is something we've never been asked to do and is disappointing considering the price we paid. We also requested to check-in from 2pm instead of 3pm. We were provided with a self-check-in code but it didn't work. When I called the owner he said we'd have to wait until 3pm. This is disappointing also as we were exhausted from the steps and heat and had to wait with heavy bags for another 30 minutes. The people staying in this owner's property next door to us also told us they had all the same problems as us and would be complaining too.

Appartamento ampio e confortevole, dotato di tutto quello che serve per un buon soggiorno. Ottima la comunicazione col proprietario Roberto, ma è sempre meglio essere accolti di persona da chi ti può suggerire esperienze da fare e luoghi da visitare

Posizione centrale, facilità di accesso, dimensioni del bilocale e disponibilità del proprietario.

− La pulizia e qualità del pentolame che suggeriamo di controllare una volta l'inquilino lascia l'abitazione. Nonostante l'aumento della temperatura del termostato gentilmente effettuata dal proprietario la temperatura della casa (soprattutto la camera) era freschina.
