• Lokasi – Lokasi strategik berhampiran bandar Jitra. Banyak pilihan tempat makan dan kemudahan dobi layan diri di kawasan sekitar. • Keluasan Rumah – Rumah dua tingkat yang luas, mempunyai 4 bilik dan 3 bilik air, sesuai untuk keluarga besar. Terletak di corner lot dengan laman yang luas

− • Kebersihan – Rumah tidak bersih, berhabuk, bersawang, dan lantai ada najis cicak. Badan naik gegata dan sentiasa bersin kerana habukLantai bilik air licin dan berlumut. • Kemudahan – Tiada penapis air (Coway/Cuckoo), menyukarkan bancuh susu bayi. TV rosak (skrin pecah), meja ruang tamu pecah, katil bilik bawah uzur dan patah. Tiada pemanas air, tiada plastik sampah, tiada WiFi, dan tiada aircond di bilik bawah serta ruang tamu. • Keselamatan – Tiada pintu grill di bilik master dan balkoni atas, berbahaya untuk anak kecil.
