− Not the amount of beds advertised. The place was completely dirty and smelly. We didn't end up staying longer than an hour in the house and booked elsewhere as wasn't acceptable conditions to stay in
Location was perfect for our requirements, property was a little tired but clean and comfortable

Awful just the one word needed
1.0Nothing ……. Not like the pictures at all!
− Everything….. it was dirty, no internet, no TV, no return communication from the owner to resolve the issue. Stairs are dangerously steep. My poor 82 year old mother struggled to climb them. The kitchen didn’t even have any glasses and the plates etc were dirty.
Very handy location for purpose.
8.0Enough beds at property, kitchen was well equipped. Lovely hot water in the shower. Cleaning staff dropped an iron round for us.
− No toaster in the kitchen, a couple of sockets and lamps didn’t work.

− Steep stairs, couldn't turn hallway lights off, messy walls, flies in every room, no rubbish bin available in entire house that I could see, back door was unlocked when I arrived.
