− Communication with host via message, the number on the initial information was wrong, then the number on the booking.com was correct. Messaged when leaving to share about items that were not working i.e. the bottom oven did not heat up, the tea pot was cracked and leaking. There had been rubbish left in the kitchen bin and shower gel in the downstairs bathroom as if someone had stayed there and it had not been cleaned up. All the beds appeared clean though. What is most frustrating is that there has been no response to this message. It was not a complaint just for awareness, I feel it is polite just to acknowledge a message from your guests. I certainly would being a host myself. There is also only 4 seats in the kitchen at the breakfast bar and no other place to sit and eat, there is a folding dining table but no chairs.

Very enjoyable stay with a couple of minor things to improve on. Would still go back and recommend.
8.0Very comfortable accommodation with lots of space to socialise. Easy parking.
− Upstairs shower drainage was poor, had to stop shower half way through to let water run away otherwise the shower tray would have overflowed. Only 4 chairs in the kitchen when we had a party of 5. Only 1 dishwasher tablet.

5.0− AGAIN, Toilet seat STILL BROKEN. NOT INFORMED THAT WORKMEN WOULD BE VISITING THE PROPERTY AT 8AM!¬!! LOOKED OUT OF WINDOW TO SEE WORKMEN ON ROOF NOT IMPRESSED HOST NOT RESPONDING TO MESSAGES VERY POOR
