− the bathroom drainage system is the connected to the floor rather that on its own... the bathroom can be very wet if you have a few ppl using it. The beds are not that comfortable.

Location good. Size good. Not welcoming . Better inspection and issues resolved prior to letting.

Great wee flat in a brilliant location.
10.0We had amazing views of the air show on the Friday night! Perfect location.
− The stairs up to the property were a bit tricky for my elderly dad, but once he was there, he was delighted to be able to watch the airplanes from outside the front door.
